O direito foi ampliado pela lei 14.737\/2023, publicada nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, no\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/lei-n-14.737-de-27-de-novembro-de-2023-526247935\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o<\/em><\/a>.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1569214&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1569214&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o altera a Lei Org\u00e2nica da Sa\u00fade (8.080\/1990) e determina ainda que &#8211; em casos de procedimento com seda\u00e7\u00e3o que a mulher n\u00e3o aponte um acompanhante &#8211; a unidade de sa\u00fade ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por indicar uma pessoa para estar presente durante o atendimento. A ren\u00fancia do direito dever\u00e1 ainda ser assinada pela paciente, com um m\u00ednimo de 24 horas de anteced\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<h2>Informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>As mulheres tamb\u00e9m devem ser informadas sobre esse direito tanto nas consultas que antecedam procedimentos com seda\u00e7\u00e3o, quanto por meio de avisos fixados nas depend\u00eancias dos estabelecimentos de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Para centros cir\u00fargicos e unidade de terapia intensiva em que haja restri\u00e7\u00e3o por motivos de seguran\u00e7a \u00e0 sa\u00fade dos pacientes, o acompanhante dever\u00e1 ser um profissional de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>O direito de acompanhamento da mulher s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 ser sobreposto nos casos de urg\u00eancia e emerg\u00eancia, pela defesa da sa\u00fade e da vida. Isso s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 acontecer quando a paciente chegar desacompanhada \u00e0 unidade de atendimento.<\/p>\n<p>Antes, a Lei Org\u00e2nica da Sa\u00fade garantia o direito a acompanhamento somente nos casos de parto ou para pessoas com defici\u00eancia.
