{"id":77368,"date":"2023-10-09T12:46:18","date_gmt":"2023-10-09T15:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolifefm.com.br\/noticias\/?p=77368"},"modified":"2026-04-11T21:28:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T00:28:06","slug":"sp-propoe-lei-para-regulamentar-comercio-e-garantir-bem-estar-de-caes-e-gatos-no-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolifefm.com.br\/noticias\/sp-propoe-lei-para-regulamentar-comercio-e-garantir-bem-estar-de-caes-e-gatos-no-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"SP prop\u00f5e lei para regulamentar com\u00e9rcio e garantir bem-estar de c\u00e3es e gatos no estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p>O governador Tarc\u00edsio de Freitas enviou \u00e0 Assembleia Legislativa (Alesp) um projeto de lei que visa garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o, a sa\u00fade e o bem-estar na comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e3es e gatos dom\u00e9sticos no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>O texto, baseado em estudos realizados pela\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/semil.sp.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, Infraestrutura e Log\u00edstica (SEMIL)<\/a>, di\u00e1logos com o legislativo e diversas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es do setor, al\u00e9m de preencher as lacunas na base legal para cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pets, busca coibir a explora\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal de c\u00e3es e gatos, a venda de animais roubados, contrabandeados ou provenientes de criadores clandestinos e o abandono.<\/p>\n<p>A lei reconhece os animais dom\u00e9sticos como seres sencientes, ou seja, dotados de natureza biol\u00f3gica e emocional pass\u00edveis de sofrimento, e garante prote\u00e7\u00e3o aos abusos que a explora\u00e7\u00e3o das ra\u00e7as pode trazer. Por isso, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o representa um grande avan\u00e7o para o bem-estar animal e favorece o controle populacional destas esp\u00e9cies, evitando as crias indesejadas.<\/p>\n<p>A norma determina que os criadores e comerciantes dever\u00e3o ter alojamento compat\u00edvel com o tamanho, porte e quantidade de animais e n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o expor os animais em vitrines fechadas ou em condi\u00e7\u00f5es explorat\u00f3rias que lhes causem desconforto e estresse. As f\u00eameas prenhas dever\u00e3o ser separadas dos outros animais no ter\u00e7o final de sua gesta\u00e7\u00e3o e a perman\u00eancia junto aos filhotes deve ser garantida pelo per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo recomendado por m\u00e9dico veterin\u00e1rio ou norma t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>Os c\u00e3es e gatos dom\u00e9sticos somente poder\u00e3o ser comercializados, permutados ou doados por criadores e por estabelecimentos comerciais ap\u00f3s atingirem a idade m\u00ednima de 60 dias, ter decorrido o per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo recomend\u00e1vel para o desmame (a literatura especializada diz que o desmame deve ocorrer de maneira gradual entre 6 e 8 semanas de vida) e terem recebido o ciclo completo de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o previsto no calend\u00e1rio de vacinas.<\/p>\n<p>Como forma de estimular a venda e a guarda respons\u00e1vel de c\u00e3es e gatos, a norma institui maio como o \u201cM\u00eas da Sa\u00fade Animal\u201d.
