O autom\u00f3vel foi encontrado na condu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma mulher, de 28 anos, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (9).<\/p>\n<p>Um homem, de 66 anos, procurou a Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais (DIG), em\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/sp\/presidente-prudente-regiao\/cidade\/adamantina\/\">Adamantina (SP)<\/a>, informando que estava recebendo uma s\u00e9rie de cobran\u00e7as de uma institui\u00e7\u00e3o banc\u00e1ria referentes a parcelas de um financiamento de ve\u00edculo, por\u00e9m, segundo ele, as d\u00edvidas n\u00e3o lhe pertenciam.<\/p>\n<p>O idoso, inclusive, alegou que sequer possu\u00eda condi\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras para adquirir ve\u00edculo deste porte financeiro.<\/p>\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es foram iniciadas a partir das informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas pela pr\u00f3pria v\u00edtima e, assim, os policiais conseguiram identificar o carro envolvido no golpe.<\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s chegarem at\u00e9 a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o do autom\u00f3vel, no Centro de Luc\u00e9lia, os policiais o encontraram sendo conduzido por uma mulher, que foi abordada e levada, juntamente ao ve\u00edculo, \u00e0 sede da DIG, em Adamantina.<\/p>\n<p>No local, foi feita a oitiva da suspeita, que posteriormente acabou liberada, al\u00e9m da apreens\u00e3o do autom\u00f3vel para a continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o delegado Rodrigo Pigozzi Alabarse, da DIG, existem outras investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em que s\u00e3o apurados crimes semelhantes a este, nos quais as v\u00edtimas tamb\u00e9m foram homens idosos que tiveram grandes preju\u00edzos financeiros.<\/p>\n<p>O delegado tamb\u00e9m falou sobre um dos procedimentos que podem ser adotados para que o idoso consiga realizar a exclus\u00e3o do seu nome do financiamento banc\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA gente vai instalar um inqu\u00e9rito a respeito deste crime e, com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 exclus\u00e3o do financiamento, a v\u00edtima ter\u00e1 de entrar com um processo na \u00e1rea c\u00edvel\u201d, completou o delegado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fonte: G1<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; A Pol\u00edcia Civil apreendeu um ve\u00edculo, avaliado em mais de R$ 80 mil, envolvido em um golpe de estelionato, em\u00a0Luc\u00e9lia (SP).
