Depois, a pris\u00e3o preventiva foi convertida em pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria. Desde ent\u00e3o, aguardou pelo julgamento detido no sistema penitenci\u00e1rio estadual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conforme consta dos autos do processo, o r\u00e9u e v\u00edtima conviviam h\u00e1 cinco anos. No dia dos fatos, em 23 de fevereiro de 2020, o homem chegou em casa embriagado, na zona rural de Adamantina, e iniciou uma discuss\u00e3o com a mulher, passando a amea\u00e7a-la de morte. Na ocasi\u00e3o a Pol\u00edcia Militar foi acionada e ao atenderem a ocorr\u00eancia orientaram a mulher sobre a possibilidade de concess\u00e3o de medidas protetivas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Depois disso, j\u00e1 durante a madrugada, um novo desdobramento das agress\u00f5es: a v\u00edtima dormia sozinha na casa, quando acordou com o im\u00f3vel em chamas. Ainda segundo a v\u00edtima \u2013 conforme consta nos autos \u2013, o r\u00e9u entrou no quarto e jogou sobre ela um l\u00edquido que acredita ser gasolina. Em seguida, saiu da resid\u00eancia, trancando a porta do quarto onde a v\u00edtima se encontrava. A v\u00edtima conseguiu sair do im\u00f3vel, pulando a janela do quarto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A apura\u00e7\u00e3o do caso, na fase policial, foi realizada pela Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM), da Pol\u00edcia Civil de Adamantina. Finalizado o inqu\u00e9rito, o expediente foi remedido ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b><strong>O julgamento<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Conforme os ritos pr\u00f3prios do Tribunal do J\u00fari, ap\u00f3s a abertura da sess\u00e3o deve ser iniciado o sorteio dos jurados convocados pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio. Feita essa defini\u00e7\u00e3o, s\u00e3o abertos os espa\u00e7os para depoimentos das partes envolvidas nos autos, como tamb\u00e9m as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es da defesa do r\u00e9u, feita por seu advogado, e da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, exercida pelo representante do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. Vencidas todas as etapas, o j\u00fari decide se reconhece ou n\u00e3o as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es apontadas contra o r\u00e9u, decidindo pela sua responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o ou absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o.
