Ap\u00f3s pane em seu sistema, o\u00a0BC (Banco Central)<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0liberou no final da noite deste domingo (13) a consulta ao servi\u00e7o SRV (Sistema de Valores a Receber), que permite verificar dinheiro esquecido em contas de banco e pedir a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do novo site\u00a0valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

A consulta aos valores parados ser\u00e1 feita em duas fases. O BC calcula que h\u00e1 R$ 3,9 bilh\u00f5es em valores esquecidos nas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras nessa primeira etapa, de 28 milh\u00f5es de CPF e CNPJ. No total, s\u00e3o estimados R$ 8 bilh\u00f5es deixados em contas de institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras.<\/p>\n

Segundo o BC, tanto a consulta como o pedido de resgate do valor parado dever\u00e1 ser realizado no\u00a0novo endere\u00e7o<\/strong><\/a>. N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel consultar ou solicitar valores no site principal do BC.<\/p>\n

O novo endere\u00e7o foi criado ap\u00f3s o aumento da demanda de acesso ter provocado\u00a0pane no portal do Banco Central<\/strong><\/a>, em 24 de janeiro deste ano, quando foi lan\u00e7ado o SRV, que possibilita que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o confira se tem dinheiro em contas encerradas com saldo dispon\u00edvel ou devido a tarifas cobradas indevidamente em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito, por exemplo.<\/p>\n

Como fazer a consulta<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

\u2014 Acesse o endere\u00e7o\u00a0valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2014 Use o CPF ou CNPJ para saber se tem algum valor a receber.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Se n\u00e3o tiver, acabou a consulta. Mas, caso tenha, a pessoa receber\u00e1 uma data em que ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel saber o valor e retirar a quantia.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O acesso precisar\u00e1 ser feito com login e senha do\u00a0Gov.br<\/strong><\/a>, dom\u00ednio do governo federal. O endere\u00e7o \u00e9\u00a0neste site<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Caso voc\u00ea ainda n\u00e3o tenha, d\u00e1 para fazer isso por\u00a0este site<\/strong><\/a>, por celulares android ou iOS.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O grau necess\u00e1rio de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o, que inclui verifica\u00e7\u00e3o facial ou confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de dados por open banking, por exemplo, dever\u00e1 ser de n\u00edvel prata ou ouro.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Caso voc\u00ea tenha dinheiro a receber, depois de feita a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, com o login\u00a0Gov.br<\/strong><\/a>, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio retornar ao site\u00a0valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0na data informada para ter acesso ao valor e solicitar a transfer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Se voc\u00ea perder a data de resgate, \u00e9 s\u00f3 fazer o processo de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o novamente, com outras datas que ser\u00e3o disponibilizadas pelo sistema.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Caso o dinheiro esteja parado, mas voc\u00ea demore para solicitar uma retirada, ele n\u00e3o vai deixar de ser seu. Quando voc\u00ea solicitar, ser\u00e1 depositado. Enquanto isso n\u00e3o for feito, vai ficar parado na conta esquecida.<\/p>\n
