O m\u00eas \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m o per\u00edodo com demanda crescente por motoristas nas rodovias surpreendidos por falhas mec\u00e2nicas, com um aumento de 32,3%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A alta \u00e9 identificada em levantamento do CCO \u2013 Centro de Controle Operacional da Concession\u00e1ria que considera os \u00faltimos dois meses de 2019. Em novembro, as remo\u00e7\u00f5es por\u00a0guincho\u00a0totalizaram 853 chamados. J\u00e1 no m\u00eas seguinte, foram 1.105 mil registros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na mesma base comparativa, panes mec\u00e2nicas\u00a0lideram entre os motivos de motoristas acionarem o atendimento da Concession\u00e1ria, alta de 36%; de 618 para 840 ocorr\u00eancias. Chamados por problemas em pneus totalizam\u00a0143 registros em novembro e 253, em dezembro (+46%).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Em volume percentual, chama a aten\u00e7\u00e3o o crescimento atendimentos por pane seca. A escalada \u00e9 de 77%, passando de 143 para 253 atendimentos. \u201cOrientamos o condutor a sempre programar sua viagem, com aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos itens de seguran\u00e7a, componentes mec\u00e2nicos e a reserva de combust\u00edvel. Tr\u00eas pontos s\u00e3o identificados entre os mais movimentados. Em Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos na SP-327 \u2013 Orlando Quagliato, aumenta 35,1%; e em Ourinhos, na mesma rodovia, 45,6%. A maior movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 registrada em Rancharia, na SP-270 \u2013 Raposo Tavares \u2013 alta de 47,3%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para solicitar ajuda, o motorista pode acionar a equipe de atendimento da CART pelos call boxes, instalados a cada quil\u00f4metro de rodovia nos dois sentidos, nas 12 bases do Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento ao Usu\u00e1rio (SAUs) ou pelo 0800 773 0090, linha gratuita.
