A Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental resgatou cinco aves silvestres que eram mantidas em cativeiro em uma casa, em Panorama, nesta quarta-feira (11). As aves pertenciam a um homem de 61 anos, que foi multado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe estava em patrulhamento quando houve o flagrante. Na resid\u00eancia, havia cinco aves da fauna silvestre, sendo tr\u00eas p\u00e1ssaros pretos, um can\u00e1rio da terra verdadeiro e um inhapim.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Questionado, o homem de 61 anos afirmou que n\u00e3o tinha autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para manter as aves em cativeiro. Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem foi lavrado em desfavor do infrator um auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental no valor de R$ 2.500, por ter cinco esp\u00e9cimes da fauna silvestre em cativeiro sem a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade competente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda de acordo com a pol\u00edcia, os p\u00e1ssaros estavam em estado bravio e foram soltos na mata ciliar do Rio Paran\u00e1, em Panorama. As gaiolas foram destru\u00eddas<\/p>\n
