Policiais civis do\u00a0Deinter-8 (Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria do Interior)<\/a>\u00a0identificaram e prenderam membros da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa respons\u00e1vel por fraudes em vestibulares de Medicina. Os detidos realizaram provas do curso de Medicina da Fema (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Educacional do Munic\u00edpio de Assis), em nome de outras pessoas.<\/p>\n

Os investigados foram presos durante a segunda fase da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Ascl\u00e9pio, deflagrada hoje.\u00a0A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio no ano passado, com a den\u00fancia da pr\u00f3pria Fema, que foi informada pela empresa respons\u00e1vel pelo vestibular que as impress\u00f5es digitais de cinco candidatos inscritos apresentavam inconsist\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, foi poss\u00edvel apurar que a fraude consistiu na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da prova por terceiros, que se identificaram como sendo os verdadeiros candidatos, denominados pela organizadora do certame como \u201cpilotos\u201d, os quais assinaram as listas de presen\u00e7a, as folhas de respostas, assim como tiveram coletadas suas impress\u00f5es digitais e captadas suas imagens durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da prova.<\/p>\n

\u201cCom o aux\u00edlio do IIRGD (Instituto de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o Ricardo Gumbleton Daunt), de S\u00e3o Paulo, foram realizadas per\u00edcias t\u00e9cnicas nos documentos apresentados e num primeiro momento ningu\u00e9m foi identificado. Somente com dilig\u00eancias nos Institutos de Identifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos outros Estados e do Instituto de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional foram identificados os cinco \u201cpilotos\u201d que realizaram as provas no lugar dos candidatos.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Acusados s\u00e3o m\u00e9dicos<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Os cinco \u201cpilotos\u201d investigados possuem forma\u00e7\u00e3o em curso superior de Medicina, e exercem suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es em postos de sa\u00fade nas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es de suas resid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

Foi apurado ainda que eles fazem parte de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa especializada em fraudar vestibular de ingresso ao concorrido curso de Medicina. No total, o grupo contava com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o de nove \u201cpilotos\u201d.<\/p>\n

No decorrer da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o identificou-se o \u201cmentor\u201d da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, que atuava como elo entre os \u201ccaptadores\u201d dos alunos interessados nas vagas e os \u201cpilotos\u201d, aqueles que realizavam as provas; um dos captadores foi preso na primeira fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o. O integrante respons\u00e1vel pela falsifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos tamb\u00e9m foi identificado.<\/p>\n

Conforme a\u00a0Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/a>, h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios de que a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa tenha atuado nos certames dos cursos de Medicina de outras faculdades.<\/p>\n

Divis\u00e3o financeira<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

De acordo com a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, o \u201ccaptador\u201d recebia do candidato ou seu familiar, o valor de R$ 80 mil, com esse valor ele pagava ao \u201cintermedi\u00e1rio\u201d, R$ 30 mil, e este repassava R$ 25 mil ao piloto. Os R$ 5 mil, seria a comiss\u00e3o do intermedi\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

A Pol\u00edcia Civil do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo representou pela concess\u00e3o de 22 mandados de buscas domiciliares e 12 mandados de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria, que est\u00e3o sendo cumpridas nas cidades de S\u00e3o Paulo, Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, Natal (RN), Mossor\u00f3 (RN), Juazeiro do Norte (CE), Campina Grande (PB) e Montes Claros (MG).<\/p>\n

At\u00e9 o final da manh\u00e3 havia oito pessoas detidas.<\/p>\n
