Um homem de 41 anos foi preso, neste s\u00e1bado (29), suspeito de furtar o celular de um bombeiro. A subtra\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu enquanto o militar atendia a uma ocorr\u00eancia, em\u00a0Presidente Prudente<\/a>. O flagrante foi registrado na Delegacia Participativa da Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n

Por volta das 13h50, a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o foi acionada e informada por um policial militar, integrante do Corpo de Bombeiros, que enquanto atendia uma ocorr\u00eancia na Rua Doutor Gurgel, deixou dentro da viatura seu aparelho celular.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia, o bombeiro esclareceu que quando chegava perto da viatura visualizou um indiv\u00edduo suspeito correndo.<\/p>\n

Quando chegou \u00e0 viatura, o bombeiro ent\u00e3o constatou que seu celular n\u00e3o estava onde havia deixado. Assim, teve certeza de que o suspeito fugiu porque havia subtra\u00eddo o aparelho.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As caracter\u00edsticas do suspeito foram informadas aos policiais militares, mas o ele n\u00e3o foi localizado de imediato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Entretanto, a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o conseguiu rastrear o celular e chegou em uma casa abandonada, na Vila Marina. O suspeito estava sozinho dentro do im\u00f3vel. A equipe acionou o localizador do celular e o telefone tocou dentro de uma blusa que estava ao lado do indiv\u00edduo.<\/p>\n

O homem negou a pr\u00e1tica do crime, mas o bombeiro o reconheceu como sendo o indiv\u00edduo que fugiu ap\u00f3s a subtra\u00e7\u00e3o do celular. Ele foi algemado e conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia Participativa da Pol\u00edcia Civil, onde foi ratificada a voz de pris\u00e3o em flagrante.<\/p>\n

Devido ao hist\u00f3rico criminal do homem, n\u00e3o foi arbitrada fian\u00e7a. Ele foi encaminhado a uma unidade prisional.<\/p>\n
