determina\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal de Contas do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo &#8211; TCE<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na tarde desta segunda feira (07), em contato com a prefeitura de Luc\u00e9lia, atrav\u00e9s do seu setor jur\u00eddico, onde foi apresentado questionamento sobre o Projeto de Lei do Executivo Municipal que ser\u00e1 votado na sess\u00e3o camar\u00e1ria desta noite, foram prestados esclarecimentos sobre a necessidade desta revoga\u00e7\u00e3o, mediante apontamento do TCE.<\/p>\n<p>A prefeitura, atrav\u00e9s da Assessoria de Imprensa, emitiu uma nota de esclarecimento e apresentou na \u00edntegra, o apontamento feito pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>Segue a nota:<\/p>\n<p><em>O prefeito Carlos Ananias Campos de Souza Junior, enviou o referido Projeto de Lei \u00e0 C\u00e2mara Municipal para revogar a Lei do \u201814\u00ba\u2019, tendo em vista a determina\u00e7\u00e3o da cessa\u00e7\u00e3o dos pagamentos pelo Tribunal de Contas \u2013 1\u00ba Quadrimestre (em anexo).<\/em><br \/>\n<em>O prefeito informa ainda que, embora n\u00e3o seja de sua vontade a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do referido Projeto, tem que acatar as determina\u00e7\u00f5es do
