{"id":13848,"date":"2019-06-05T20:24:24","date_gmt":"2019-06-05T23:24:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiolifefm.com.br\/noticias\/?p=13848"},"modified":"2026-05-01T08:20:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T11:20:49","slug":"policia-civil-cumpre-mandado-de-prisao-em-desfavor-de-acusado-de-roubo-em-dracena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiolifefm.com.br\/noticias\/policia-civil-cumpre-mandado-de-prisao-em-desfavor-de-acusado-de-roubo-em-dracena\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpre mandado de pris\u00e3o em desfavor de acusado de roubo em Dracena"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><em>O homem foi preso no Jardim Brasil\u00e2ndia, ap\u00f3s estar solto a menos de um m\u00eas, em virtude concess\u00e3o de alvar\u00e1 de soltura<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Civil, por interm\u00e9dio de agentes das Unidades Especializadas, Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais e Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre Entorpecentes, cumpriu na manh\u00e3 desta quarta-feira (5), mandado de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria em desfavor de um homem de 36 anos, morador no bairro Jardim Brasil\u00e2ndia.<\/p>\n<p>O homem \u00e9 acusado de praticar um roubo em Dracena, no final do m\u00eas de maio, ele j\u00e1 possu\u00eda diversos antecedentes criminais por crimes de estelionato, furto, tr\u00e1fico de drogas, recepta\u00e7\u00e3o e roubo e recentemente havia sa\u00eddo do sistema penal, em decorr\u00eancia da concess\u00e3o de um alvar\u00e1 de soltura, ocorrido no in\u00edcio do m\u00eas de abril.<\/p>\n<p>No dia 29\/5, mediante emprego de uma faca, o homem invadiu uma resid\u00eancia no centro da cidade de Dracena, fazendo vitima um casal de moradores que estavam na sala. No local teria anunciado o roubo, dizendo \u201ccad\u00ea, cad\u00ea\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Ao perceber que o indiv\u00edduo portava uma faca, as v\u00edtimas se afastaram. O homem, ent\u00e3o, pegou uma caixa de sapatos que continha aproximadamente R$ 800,00, que estava sobre uma mesa e em seguida evadiu-se. Foram passadas as caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas do suposto autor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e3o logo tomou conhecimento do fato, a Pol\u00edcia Civil, iniciou as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. As v\u00edtimas realizaram o reconhecimento fotogr\u00e1fico do suspeito e outras diligencias foram realizadas, o que possibilitou na representa\u00e7\u00e3o de pedido de pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do envolvido, que foi prontamente decretada pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, com parecer favor\u00e1vel do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Diante da execu\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado de pris\u00e3o, o homem foi submetido ao procedimento do reconhecimento pessoal e novamente as v\u00edtimas atestaram ser ele o autor do roubo.<\/p>\n<p>O homem foi conduzido para uma unidade prisional da regi\u00e3o, ficando \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a, onde cumprir\u00e1 o prazo de cinco dias de pris\u00e3o, prorrog\u00e1vel por igual per\u00edodo.
