Trata-se de uma metodologia que visa \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos por meios n\u00e3o violentos e que tem como axioma o di\u00e1logo, o respeito, a seguran\u00e7a e a dignidade de todos.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, a cultura de paz foi interpretada por muito tempo, por pessoas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, como passividade diante das atrocidades cometidas pelos governos, pessoas e institui\u00e7\u00f5es. Desse modo, o sil\u00eancio diante das brutalidades apenas contribuiu para aumentar a fome, as desigualdades e a viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>A sociedade contempor\u00e2nea assiste a in\u00fameros conflitos de natureza pol\u00edtica, ideol\u00f3gica e social. Os impasses em tornos dos rumos da humanidade fazem com que o ser humano viva em constante medo, tens\u00e3o e desconfian\u00e7a. Esses dilemas dizem respeito a quest\u00f5es que envolvem todo o globo, como os conflitos na S\u00edria, a guerra Israel\/Palestina, a crise imigrat\u00f3ria, as quest\u00f5es ambientais, a fome, a desigualdade social, al\u00e9m do racismo e da viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n<p>No Brasil, motivado por interesses de grupos neoliberais e conservadores religiosos crist\u00e3os, o governo de Jair Bolsonaro ataca, por meio dos discursos, do corte de verbas \u00e0 cultura e educa\u00e7\u00e3o, retirada de direitos, censura \u00e0s artes e comerciais, os trabalhadores, estudantes, professores e grupos que buscam espa\u00e7os na sociedade. O cientista brasileiro Miguel Nicolelis foi certeiro ao afirmar que o golpe que o pa\u00eds vive hoje \u00e9 muito pior do que o golpe de 1964, pois este \u201ccarrega dentro dele a semente da destrui\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Diante da complexidade dos tempos atuais, pode soar um tanto ut\u00f3pico pensar em uma sociedade pac\u00edfica. Afinal, as viol\u00eancias f\u00edsicas e simb\u00f3licas que permeiam o campo social s\u00e3o um reflexo do pensamento demon\u00edaco e autorit\u00e1rio que adquire ainda mais for\u00e7a ao chegar \u00e0s esferas do poder.<\/p>\n<p>O desafio que se apresenta nos dias de hoje \u00e9 transformar uma \u00e9poca de destrui\u00e7\u00e3o em uma \u00e9poca de constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Para isso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que haja confronto, n\u00e3o por meio da viol\u00eancia, mas por meio do di\u00e1logo e da condena\u00e7\u00e3o do barbarismo, nas ruas, nas universidades e em todos os espa\u00e7os da esfera p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, mesmo que pare\u00e7a distante, \u00e9 crucial neste momento uma mudan\u00e7a no pensamento que possibilite a transi\u00e7\u00e3o da cultura da viol\u00eancia para a cultura de paz.<\/p>\n<p>Por Carlos Eduardo Bertin<br \/>\nJornalista e Publicit\u00e1rio formado pela UniFai, Mestre em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o Social pela Universidade Metodista de S\u00e3o Paulo, luceliense, budista e esquerdista.
