Os profissionais participam das forma\u00e7\u00f5es com foco principal na recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o de aprendizagem (Ensino Fundamental), atividades alinhadas a BNCC &#8211; Base Nacional Comum Curricular e Curr\u00edculo Paulista (Educ. Infantil &#8211; Ciclo II), consci\u00eancia fonol\u00f3gica e desenvolvimento de habilidades socioemocionais (Ed. Infantil &#8211; ciclo I).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A proposta da forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 oferecer uma experi\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica, organizada como um laborat\u00f3rio de planejamento e produ\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica. Durante os encontros, os professores trabalhar\u00e3o com situa\u00e7\u00f5es reais de aprendizagem, analisar\u00e3o evid\u00eancias, construir\u00e3o diagn\u00f3sticos, elaborar\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o e concluir\u00e3o a forma\u00e7\u00e3o com um plano de recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o pronto para aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em sala de aula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o por etapa de ensino<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No Ensino Fundamental, o foco ser\u00e1 a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o das aprendizagens e o desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias de interven\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil \u2013 Ciclo II, as atividades estar\u00e3o voltadas ao planejamento de pr\u00e1ticas alinhadas \u00e0 BNCC e ao Curr\u00edculo Paulista.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil \u2013 Ciclo I, os professores participar\u00e3o de forma\u00e7\u00f5es sobre desenvolvimento das habilidades socioemocionais e consci\u00eancia fonol\u00f3gica, aspectos fundamentais para o desenvolvimento integral das crian\u00e7as e para o processo de alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As atividades ser\u00e3o conduzidas pela psic\u00f3loga educacional Ana L\u00edgia Pini Guerreiro, que abordar\u00e1 o tema &#8220;Desenvolvimento das habilidades socioemocionais: as aprendizagens que acontecem nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es&#8221;, e pela fonoaudi\u00f3loga educacional Vanessa Paloni Florani, respons\u00e1vel pela forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre &#8220;Consci\u00eancia fonol\u00f3gica: preditores da alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Programa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, 23 de julho, a programa\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio \u00e0s 7h30, com recep\u00e7\u00e3o e abertura, seguida por workshops, atividades em grupo e momentos de socializa\u00e7\u00e3o das pr\u00e1ticas desenvolvidas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No dia 24 de julho, sexta-feira, os participantes dar\u00e3o continuidade \u00e0s atividades formativas e ao planejamento do 3\u00ba bimestre, encerrando o encontro com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas elaboradas durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>ADIs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dando continuidade \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada dos profissionais da rede municipal de ensino, hoje houve tamb\u00e9m uma capacita\u00e7\u00e3o voltada aos Auxiliares de Desenvolvimento Infantil (ADIs) e aos profissionais readaptados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com o tema &#8220;Desenvolvimento Infantil e Manejo Comportamental na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil: compreender os marcos do desenvolvimento para qualificar as interven\u00e7\u00f5es e promover uma pr\u00e1tica inclusiva&#8221;, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o teve como objetivo ampliar os conhecimentos dos participantes sobre o desenvolvimento infantil, fortalecendo estrat\u00e9gias de acolhimento, acompanhamento e interven\u00e7\u00e3o no ambiente escolar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada no per\u00edodo da manh\u00e3, das 7h30 \u00e0s 11h30, no Anfiteatro da Biblioteca Municipal, reunindo os profissionais para momentos de reflex\u00e3o, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o e troca de experi\u00eancias, refor\u00e7ando o compromisso da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada e a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa integra o calend\u00e1rio de a\u00e7\u00f5es da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o voltadas ao aperfei\u00e7oamento das pr\u00e1ticas pedag\u00f3gicas e ao fortalecimento da educa\u00e7\u00e3o inclusiva, contribuindo
