Na tarde do dia (04), por volta das 17h30min, policiais militares do 25\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar do Interior, durante patrulhamento pela cidade de Tupi Paulista, tomaram conhecimento de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico relatando poss\u00edvel descumprimento de medida protetiva.<\/p>\n

Diante das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, a equipe deslocou-se at\u00e9 o endere\u00e7o da v\u00edtima (mulher – 76 anos), onde foi constatado que o autor (51 anos), se encontrava no interior da resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s contato, foi dada voz de pris\u00e3o em flagrante, sendo o indiv\u00edduo conduzido de forma pac\u00edfica \u00e0 Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia de Tupi Paulista e, posteriormente, ao Plant\u00e3o Policial de Dracena.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima foi conduzida para registro da ocorr\u00eancia e, ap\u00f3s ser ouvida, foi liberada. A autoridade policial de plant\u00e3o ratificou a voz de pris\u00e3o, permanecendo o autor \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
