No local, os policiais apreenderam 28 ampolas do medicamento, identificado pelo nome comercial \u201cTG\u201d, al\u00e9m de R$ 10 mil em dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o produto tem comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o proibida no pa\u00eds, conforme estabelece a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 214\/2026 da Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa). As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que a biom\u00e9dica adquiria o medicamento no Paraguai por cerca de R$ 800 por unidade e o revendia no Brasil por aproximadamente R$ 1.900, inclusive por meio de an\u00fancios em redes sociais. Em apenas uma semana, ela teria comercializado ao menos 20 unidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Segundo a DIG, a venda de medicamentos sem registro na Anvisa pode configurar crime previsto no artigo 273 do C\u00f3digo Penal, com pena que varia de 10 a 15 anos de reclus\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a pris\u00e3o em flagrante, a investigada permaneceu \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Pol\u00edcia Civil destacou ainda que a importa\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos por pessoas f\u00edsicas pode ser permitida em situa\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas, desde que destinada ao uso pr\u00f3prio, mediante prescri\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica, limitada a at\u00e9 tr\u00eas caixas e desde que o produto n\u00e3o seja proibido pela Anvisa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">As autoridades alertam que a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular representa risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, especialmente em raz\u00e3o das exig\u00eancias de armazenamento. No caso da tirzepatida, por exemplo, o produto deve ser mantido sob refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o adequada.
