Recentemente, o programa social Universal nos Pres\u00eddios<\/span><\/span> (UNP) de Adamantina, vinculado ao Bloco de Presidente Prudente<\/span><\/span>, promoveu um curso de empreendedorismo para internos do Centro de Progress\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria de Pacaembu<\/span><\/span>, no interior paulista. Foi a primeira vez que esse m\u00f3dulo foi aplicado na unidade prisional.<\/p>\n

A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o teve dura\u00e7\u00e3o de dois meses e alcan\u00e7ou diversos reeducandos. A a\u00e7\u00e3o contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro volunt\u00e1rios do programa, que estiveram diretamente envolvidos na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades.<\/p>\n

Conte\u00fado abordado<\/h3>\n

Ao longo das aulas, os participantes receberam orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre empreendedorismo pessoal, posicionamento e postura, al\u00e9m de temas ligados \u00e0 apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal, como cuidados com a higiene e a forma de se comunicar, incluindo o uso adequado da linguagem. A proposta foi mostrar que empreender vai al\u00e9m de ideias e palavras \u2014 exige atitude e pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n

Os detentos tamb\u00e9m tiveram acesso a conte\u00fados sobre empresas individuais e coletivas, refletiram sobre a pergunta \u201c\u00c9 melhor ser cabe\u00e7a de sardinha ou rabo de baleia?\u201d e participaram de simula\u00e7\u00f5es empresariais em sala de aula. Nessas atividades, foram divididos em grupos para din\u00e2micas que buscavam incentivar o trabalho em equipe e refor\u00e7ar a possibilidade de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova trajet\u00f3ria de vida.<\/p>\n

Mensagem de f\u00e9<\/h3>\n

Durante o curso, al\u00e9m do conte\u00fado t\u00e9cnico, os participantes tamb\u00e9m receberam uma mensagem de f\u00e9. Nas aulas, foi destacado que, embora estejam privados de liberdade f\u00edsica, a mente permanece livre \u2014 e pode ser fortalecida por meio de aprendizados e conte\u00fados que contribuam para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal e para um recome\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Em suma, as aulas foram ministradas pela professora Ercillucia Morais de Oliveira Prado. Segundo ela, foi uma experi\u00eancia incr\u00edvel e baseada em muito respeito.<\/p>\n

    O que disse o Pastor da UNP de Adamantina<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Ademais, o Pastor Marcos Datri, respons\u00e1vel pelo trabalho da UNP em Adamantina, e que atende o CPP de Pacaembu, disse algo importante sobre o momento:<\/p>\n

    • \u201cAssim como eu passei pelo sistema carcer\u00e1rio durante 10 anos e n\u00e3o tinha perspectiva de vida, hoje sou testemunha viva de tudo que a UNP tem feito nos pres\u00eddios.\u201d<\/li>\n
    • \u201cO curso e a entrada dos volunt\u00e1rios da UNP foram de suma import\u00e2ncia para meu crescimento espiritual, profissional e para minha ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Eu tenho uma fam\u00edlia hoje, a fam\u00edlia Universal\u201d, finalizou ele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
